- I would like to order goods from the e-shop, how long does delivery take?
After the Agreement enters into force, the products will be delivered to you using the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery of items in stock within Estonia generally takes 1-3 working days & Latvia, Lithuania 2-4 working days. In the event that the product you ordered is not in stock and must be specially ordered from a supplier, and it is evident that delivery within the timeframe specified in the product description is not possible, or in other cases where timely delivery of products is not possible due to circumstances for which Suusakeskuste AS is not responsible, we will notify you via the contact telephone number or email address provided during the ordering process within 2 working days of the Agreement entering into force, and we will also inform you of the delivery timeframe for the product you ordered.
- Why do I have to provide my phone number when ordering?
Customer contact details are necessary for the fast and uninterrupted delivery of the products you have purchased, and we can use them to contact you if necessary.
- I would like to see and touch the goods before ordering. Can I come to your office or shop to view the products?
You can view the goods before making a purchase at the Kuutsemäe and Tartu ski shops. As the product range may vary between stores, please be sure to check the availability of the product with the store before coming to view it.
- I sent you an email, but I haven't received a response yet!?
We respond to emails received at skishop@kuutsemae.ee within 1 working day. If you have not received a letter from us within that time, it is likely due to a technical error. In this case, we recommend that you be patient and, if possible, send us a follow-up email.
- Can orders be placed over the phone, is consultation available over the phone, and what are your working hours?
The Rossignol e-shop is open 24/7, serving customers only via the internet.
