Terms of Transportation

You may choose from the following collection points for your order: Kuutsemäe, the Rossignol Tartu Showroom, or delivery to a parcel locker of your choice.

You can also specify a third-party address as the destination.

• Delivery within EST,LV, LT is FREE for orders with a total value of at least €50.
• Within Estonia, we deliver shipments via SmartPOST, Omniva parcel lockers, and Venipak courier service.
• The delivery time within Estonia is generally 1-3 & LV, LT 2-4 business days.
• If the total order value is less than €50, a delivery fee will be added to the price of the goods according to your chosen transport method:
  – I will pick it up myself from the Ski Shop (please specify which location) – FREE
  – SmartPOST parcel locker – €3.50
  – Omniva parcel locker – €3.50
  – Courier service to your home – €15.00
• Please ensure the accuracy of the contact details provided when placing your order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in product delivery.
• Before accepting the goods, we recommend that you inspect the product packaging; in case of external damage, please make a note on the delivery document and notify us via email at skishop@kuutsemae.ee.
• When ordering goods to a parcel locker, the maximum dimensions of the shipment are: Omniva parcel locker – 41x38x64 cm or SmartPOST – 60x36x60 cm.
• Oversized packages will be sent to the customer via courier service.
